Paradise

Sue Anne and Meta-dog came for a visit the last couple of days and we had a great time getting to know Louisville's food scene a little better. The first evening we went to an excellent little Mayan restaurant. Sue Anne was very excited to try Xuitlacoche- a fungus that grows on corn. Yesterday for late lunch we went to Lynn's Paradise Cafe- a culinary establishment dedicated to riotous color. Oprah says this place has the best Mac and Cheese in America. It was very good, but we haven't had all the other Mac and cheeses in America yet.

We need to always travel with a professional artist who can entertain Colin in restaurants with pictures of trucks. Note Colin's blue toy truck on the table, which goes EVERYWHERE with us.

Thanks Sue Anne

I'm glad you are not just taking Oprah's word for it and will continue to try mac and cheese across the world. With the way you three are traveling, you just might make it. :)

Hey there Kara, I are feeling ok with the travel. I am a little less sick, but it is still a bit on and off. I think I have felt the baby moving in the last couple of day, so kind of fun. We wish you all were still in Bloomington, but I am glad for you also to get out.

And Malia, I would happily sample more mac and cheese as it has been a big craving for me. What I really need is some good Dominican food from your neighborhood. Hope we can see you soon! (Christmas for sure, but I do not know any Dominican places in Utah.)

Sue Anne! Look at you leaving a comment. Yes, the photo is sweet, and I guess we should have taken the time to set the white balance to get better color as you wanted. We will set the white balance for your photo shoot. I want to sell my little point and shoot to get one like yours since all you say is good.

I still am a bit traumatized by the large mean from Paradise. I have not even wanted to go out much from my trauma. I had way more than my elegant sufficiency that day.

Large meal, not mean. The place was quite friendly until our waitress disappeared.
