Emma's head shots

My niece Emma was in town with her Mom and sisters this weekend. Since she is in a performing arts high school, she needed some head shots. She was a great guinea pig since Brian and I were trying out some new lighting strategies. She is very easy to photograph. I realized (by my photo counter) that I have taken about 5,000 head shots in the last few years.

5,000? Do I even know that many people? Sorry we didn't make it to the easter party. I had a gig in Provo and Marco "couldn't" (wouldn't) find your house on the way to Logan.

Please elaborate on your lighting strategies! There is a lighting workshop with Steven Katzman in Provo on Saturday am. Want to come?

5,000 shots, not different people. Only about 50-65 people. Sorry we missed Marco and kids. Hope to see you all later.

And Brian would be better to describe the lighting strategies. He is my lighting designer/photo editor and is amazing. I just wait for him to make the beautiful light and shoot. We will be in Provo on Saturday for a photo shoot and we hopefully will catch up with a bride we are shooting in April. I'll give you a call. . .
