To celebrate Epiphany here in France, the Patisseries roll out these little beauties (well some of them are actually quite large). They are only available during January apparently, so we've tried to take advantage. They are delicious flaky buttery pastry surrounding a center of Frangipani (a sweet almond mixture). I thought it was about time we had a blog post dedicated to pastry. Here's to you, Galette de Rois.
